At Afends, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Return – Visit afendsclothing.com and log in to your account to start the return process.
- Pack Your Items – Ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Send It Back – Follow the instructions provided to ship your return.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
